The website www.deltaproses.com (the “Site”) is operated by Delta Proses Otomasyon Kontrol ve Elektronik Sistemleri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Delta Proses”). By using the Site you are deemed to accept the terms below.

Privacy

Information you submit through the contact, quotation and careers forms on the Site, such as your name, company, e-mail, phone number, message and CV, is processed only to evaluate and respond to your request or application; it is not used for marketing and is not shared with third parties for sale or advertising. Information submitted through the forms is accessible only to authorised Delta Proses staff and, to the extent required by the service, to our partner providing the hosting and maintenance of the Site. Terms of use

The information on the Site is provided for general information about Delta Proses’ activities and completed projects. It does not constitute an offer, commitment or technical specification; the scope, price and technical conditions of a project are determined only by quotations and contracts agreed in writing between the parties.

Delta Proses takes care to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or continuously available and, except where liability cannot be limited by law, cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the Site.

Links to other websites (such as Google Maps and LinkedIn) are provided for convenience only. The owners of those sites are responsible for their content and privacy practices.

Using the Site for unlawful purposes, placing excessive load on the Site, its servers or forms with automated tools, attempting unauthorised access or transmitting malicious software is prohibited.

Intellectual property

The intellectual and industrial property rights to all text, photographs, drawings, logos, emblems, designs and other content on the Site belong to Delta Proses or its licensors. This content may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used for commercial purposes without the written permission of Delta Proses. The logo files on the Corporate Identity page may be used only to refer correctly to Delta Proses and in accordance with the usage rules on that page.

Company names and logos in the reference lists belong to the respective companies and are used only to indicate the work Delta Proses has carried out for them.

Changes and governing law

Delta Proses may update these terms at any time; the current text applies from the date it is published on this page. These terms are governed by Turkish law, and the courts and enforcement offices of İzmir have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.
