Batıçim Cement Inc. full Factory Automation and Scada Upgrade project to be carried out by DELTA PROSES.

The project is estimated to take 1,5 years. New automation software will be based on UAG Platform and existing scada to be upgraded to Vijeo Citect.

The project is estimated to take 1,5 years. New automation software will be based on UAG Platform and existing scada to be upgraded to Vijeo Citect.
ÇİMENTAŞ INC. RFID utilized Automated Product Forwarding System will be realized by DELTA PROSES.
System is to work integrated with SAP by receiving work orders. All incoming and outgoing Truck traffic and loading will be controlled via new automation system.
DELTA PROSES was awarded for the Tunnel Automation and Control Systems and Electrical Panel Manufacturing Works of Georgia State Gori-Rikoti cities Highway Tunnels.
Lenght of the tunnels are 1.850 and 850m. Commissioning is estimated by 18th of May 2012.
A New Giant Truck Forwarding Automation project of Nuh Cement Inc. will be realised by DELTA PROSES.
34 PCS of Long Range, microwave frequency, industrial type RFID reader shall be located in different locations. Cement dosage deviation trends, truck movement logging and MES integration, PLC-Scada programming shall be done by DELTA PROSES.
DELTA PROSES is 3rd biggest Aegean Region Electronics Exporter. Award was presented by EBSO.
