ÇİMENTAŞ INC. RFID utilized Automated Product Forwarding System will be realized by DELTA PROSES.
System is to work integrated with SAP by receiving work orders. All incoming and outgoing Truck traffic and loading will be controlled via new automation system.
Identification of the trucks will be done by long range RFID Reader-Tag devices. Inlet and outlet weighbridges will be optional for both traffic ways. Work orders will be taken from SAP and these work orders will be assigned to the dedicated trucks. Incoming vehicle will be weighted automatically and diverted to the appropriate filling station. After filling or bag loading is completed truck is diverted to exit weigh brigde and getting weighted automatically and truck is released. All traffic movements are logged and rich reporting modules are provided to the customer.
