DELTA PROSES was awarded for the Tunnel Automation and Control Systems and Electrical Panel Manufacturing Works of Georgia State Gori-Rikoti cities Highway Tunnels.

In the state of Georgia 850m length of Gori double tube tunnel and 1.850m single tube highway tunnels complete Automation - Control Systems, Electrical designs and Main Distribution-MCC-PLC Panel Manufacturing Works will be carried out by DELTA PROSES.
In the project complete Automation - Control Systems, Image Processing Integration, Traffic Control, PLC and Scada Programming will be engineered. The PLC system wil be designed as Hot Redundancy structure as formerly applied by DELTA PROSES in previous Tunnels. This project scope is a bit different and complex in terms of engineering wise due to Image processing integration and Traffic Control systems will uniquely be done by DELTA PROSES and all control system will be monitored in one single Scada.
Electrical designs are already completed. 85 pcs of Electrical panels will be manufactured in DELTA PROSES panel workshop.
Commissioning of the tunnels is estimated by late May 2012.
